We use Final Surge or Training Peaks coaching software to help keep you on track with your goals. Individualized training schedules are created by taking all of your life’s challenges into consideration. Depending on you particular needs we offer two tiers of coaching services.
Perspective and Goals
Our vast racing experience gives us perspective we can draw on to identify where your wheels might be coming off. We help you determine reachable goals and set out road maps for achieving them.
Team of Coaches
We have years of experience racing distances from 50k to 100 miles and more in many parts of the world. Our finishes include Western States 100, UTMB, Marathon des Sables, Spartathlon, and Hardrock 100. Those experiences have put us through the good, bad, and ugly, and we use those relatable memories to help you navigate many aspects of running and racing.
