
Personal Life
I am an ultra running and nutrition coach, trail runner, mom, lover of planet earth, and foodie. I feel most at home in the mountains, preferably on two feet (or skis). As someone who loves the outdoors, I also prioritize the health and wellbeing of our planet. Protecting the outdoor spaces that I love are of the utmost importance to me.
Running History
Competitively, I’ve won races including Western States 100, Lake Sonoma 50, Bandera 100k and have podium finishes at many others, including UTMB and CCC.
Coaching Philosophy
Professionally, I have a PhD in Nutrition & Exercise Physiology and love teaching people how to eat and train for long term health, performance, and happiness. As an ultra running and nutrition coach, my approach is to create a plan based on your unique genetics and lifestyle.
