After the coach learns about you, they will create a personalized schedule for 3 months using Final Surge software. The coach will communicate with you as needed via email and/or phone. This is a great program for runners with races on their calendars that are 3 months out or more.
Nutrition Plan with Stephanie
ACCOUNTABILITY AND FREQUENT COMMUNICATION
A deep dive into your unique nutrition needs based on your lifestyle, goals, and individual human traits. Every person has different needs and multiple foods and ways of eating can fulfill these needs. This plan includes a comprehensive nutrition analysis, review of current diet and nutrition habits, and how to choose the right foods to reach your goals. Regular support and accountability ensures adherence to newly established nutrition habits.

The best of both worlds, in a limited scope. This plan includes a comprehensive nutrition analysis and individualized training plan based on goals we have outlined. This is a one-time service that includes everything in the nutrition and coaching plans, without the ongoing support and feedback.
