As a passionate runner with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology specializing in Exercise Science and a UESCA certification, I blend scientific knowledge with hands-on experience to help athletes reach their full potential. My running journey began early, completing the LA Marathon at just 11 years old, and later competing in collegiate cross-country. It wasn’t until I moved near the endurance capital of the world and discovered trail running that my true love for the sport was ignited. After becoming a mom, I found a deeper purpose and passion for running, particularly in ultramarathons.
When I’m not running, I’m busy being a mom and sharing my love for the outdoors with my kids. Throughout my running career, I’ve earned top placements in some of the most challenging ultrarunning events, including the recent Sean O’Brien 100K. I’ve also run through all my pregnancies, demonstrating that with the right balance, determination, and approach, anything is possible.
My coaching philosophy is centered on understanding each client’s unique goals and schedule. I believe in creating training plans that are not only easy to follow but also highly effective in developing well-rounded athletes. Whether you’re aiming to complete your first race or enhance your ultrarunning performance, I’m here to support you every step of the way with personalized coaching that fits your life.
