Training and nutrition go hand in hand, and learning how to best fuel your body is important for lifelong health and performance. Learn the science behind why and how to eat to best support your training, body composition, and lifelong health goals.

We have years of experience racing most distances and in many parts of the world. We have been through the good, bad, and ugly and use those relatable memories to help runners navigate many aspects of running and racing.

Goal Setting

We help runners determine reachable goals and set out road maps for achieving them.

Monthly Coaching Plan

One month of personalized training with Meghan or Rachel
$200 per month

After the coach learns about you, they will create a personalized schedule for one month using Final Surge software. The coach will communicate with you as needed via email and/or phone.

3 Month Coaching Plan

Long range personalized training plan with Meghan or Rachel
$575 for 3 months

After the coach learns about you, they will create a personalized schedule for 3 months using Training Peaks software. The coach will communicate with you as needed via email and/or phone. This is a great program for runners with races on their calendars that are 3 months out or more.

Nutrition Plan with Stephanie

Accountability and frequent communication
$475 Month

A deep dive into your unique nutrition needs based on your lifestyle, goals, and individual human traits. Every person has different needs and multiple foods and ways of eating can fulfill these needs. This plan includes a comprehensive nutrition analysis, review of current diet and nutrition habits, and how to choose the right foods to reach your goals. Regular support and accountability ensures adherence to newly established nutrition habits.

Nutrition & Training Consultation with Stephanie

Learn your body's needs
$750 one month

The best of both worlds, in a limited scope. This plan includes a comprehensive nutrition analysis and individualized training plan based on goals we have outlined. This is a one-time service that includes everything in the nutrition and coaching plans, without the ongoing support and feedback.
